The membership

Membership provides one band-managed profile and an eligible listing in the Bands in Cleveland directory. The price is $1.99 USD per month, automatically renewed through PayPal until canceled. The amount and renewal terms are shown before you approve the subscription. No trial or setup fee is included.

Publication and account responsibility

You must be authorized to represent the band, provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Confirm your email and complete payment before publishing. Your profile remains subject to your publication preference and paid access. We do not guarantee bookings, audience growth or search placement.

Your content

You retain your rights to your content and permit us to display it as part of your listing. Upload only content you have the right to use. Do not impersonate another act, publish illegal or abusive material, or use the service to send spam. Profiles may be hidden while a reported concern or billing issue is reviewed.

Canceling and billing questions

Cancel renewal in your dashboard or PayPal before the next renewal. Already-paid access continues through the paid period. Failed payments do not extend access. Refunds, reversals or disputes may change access for the affected payment. For incorrect charges or refund requests, contact support; applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Availability and support

We aim to keep profiles available, but interruptions and maintenance can occur. You should keep your own copies of uploaded content. Contact support for account removal, billing concerns or help accessing your profile.
