What we collect

We store your account email, a password hash, email confirmation and password reset records, and the band information you submit. We also store subscription identifiers, payment status and paid membership periods. PayPal handles payment credentials; this website does not collect card numbers or your PayPal password.

What is public

Your published band name, photo, location, genre, biography, links and optional booking email are public while the listing is active. Your account email is private unless you also choose to publish it as your booking email. Upload only material you have permission to share.

How information is used

Information is used to operate your profile, verify account access, process membership status, deliver account emails and respond to support requests. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Security rate limits use a hash based on your IP address; hosting logs may also record requests. We do not add advertising trackers. Google Fonts receives normal browser requests when fonts load.

Service providers and retention

The site runs on Lambda hosting and uses PayPal for recurring payments. Account and billing records remain while needed to provide membership, resolve support or billing issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact support to request a copy, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained.

Your choices

Edit or hide your profile from your dashboard. Canceling renewal stops future subscription renewals; hiding your page alone does not. For account and privacy requests, contact the email below.
